The love of wood has been a constant feature in the Štefančić family for full 75 years and they’re using it for making different classic and modern furniture items. They make classic old-fashioned joinery with a tinge of modernity. They produce doors, windows, entire kitchens, parquets and designer furniture, but they also do repairs as far as antique furniture is concerned.

They used to do a lot of work for churches, but today their line of work is especially held in high regard by foreign investors who hire them to work on hotel project across entire Croatia. They take particular pride in making joinery for wineries and exclusive offices, they only make custom-made products, while every single one of their items comes with a lifetime guarantee. Family craft Štefančić has been employing the same masters for more than twenty years, while all of their employees have passed the master joinery examination. The product production process involves replicating them in the same way as they used to be made and they’ve specialised in making spindles such as balusters, doors and wall panelling using state-of-the-art technology.

Quality and handicraft, which is very much an important part of the daily business operation of joinery Štefančić, are the things that set them apart, while they plan on working even harder in order to further develop this trade in Zagreb and prevent it from fading into oblivion.
